If service appointment cannot be booked for same day customer will receive the next available service appointment and the $85 dollar dispatch fee will be waived or customer will receive a credit in the equivalent amount toward the cost of quoted repair if the repair is authorized on site. We're so confident that we offer the best value, we offer a $1,000 Better Price Guarantee. Four Seasons will match all competitors' warranties and guarantees and will beat any quote by up to $1,000 for a furnace and air conditioner. Customer must furnish a copy of competitors bid, prior to install. Equipment must be of comparable size and quality. Competitors cannot use any subcontracted labor. Single units will be beat by up to $500; up to $1,000 for a furnace and air conditioner complete system. Competitor bid must be from a licensed contractor working out of a business location - not a home. Price Guarantee only applies to residential furnaces and air conditioners.

Heat Exchanger Guarantee

Our service technicians are certified heat exchanger experts and trained to diagnose heat exchanger damage. If our technicians incorrectly diagnose a crack or flaw in your furnace, we will refund all repair costs and install a new Lennox furnace free of charge.
